AT THE O'NEILL FUNERAL HOME- Margaret (Marco) Elko age 55 of Elmview Circle , Waterbury was reunited with the love of her life in heaven on February 18, 2011 at Saint Mary's Hospital. She was the wife of Paul M. Elko her husband of 37 years before his passing in 2008.
Margaret was born February 26, 1955 in Waterbury , a daughter of the late Robert Marco and Margaret "Peggy" (Walukas) Marco and was a lifelong Waterbury resident.
She leaves a son Brandon Elko and his wife Jill of Oakville, two daughters Kathleen (Elko) Gonzalez and her husband Angel of Oakville, Lori Elko of Waterbury, Johnathan Humphrey who she considered a son, a brother Anthony Marco of Oxford, two great aunts Helen Verrier and Rosemary Walukas and many nieces and nephews and great friends who she loved. She will be leaving her grandchildren and great grandchildren Staci, Maiya, Tony, Kieresten, Briana, Noah, Allen, Elijah, Kylie and Tianna. They were the loves of her life. She also leaves several friends who she considered family Kristal and Lorenzo Pulliam, Chelsea and Sophia Sullivan and Jayvon Mason.
Funeral services and burial are private and at the convenience of her family. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to CHERUBS, 270 Coley Road , Henderson , NC., 27537.
