AT THE CASEY-O'DONNELL FAMILY FUNERAL HOME ?" Mrs. Marilyn D. (Dunn) Kelly, of Sunset Dr. Naugatuck, formerly of Wolcott, died Monday December 14, 2009 at her daughter's home in Watertown with her family at her side after an extended illness. She was the wife of Deacon Stephen J. Kelly.

Mrs. Kelly was born in Waterbury CT on September 20, 1932, the daughter of the late Joseph and Irene (Gleason) Dunn. She was a graduate of SS Peter & Paul Grammar School and Waterbury Catholic High School. She worked as a secretary at Chase Brass and Copper and then after she raised her six children, was employed by the Regis Corporation as a Supervisor. Marilyn enjoyed bingo and trips to the casino but most of all she was a loving wife and mother and was devoted to her family.

Besides her husband of 54 years, Marilyn is survived by six children, her son, Stephen J. Kelly IV of Waterbury and 5 daughters, Barbara Allen and her husband Edward "Chip" of Framingham MA, Cynthia "Cindy" Sullivan and her husband John of Foxboro MA, Sherilyn Hurlburt, Linda Burns and her husband Lenear, Stacy Malenfant and her husband Ronald all of Watertown. She also leaves 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Marilyn was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph and Francis Dunn and sister, Barbara Nilan.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kelly will be held on Friday, December 18, 2009 at 9:30am from the Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home 1581 East Main St Waterbury to SS. Peter & Paul Church, 67 Southmayd Rd Waterbury for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am. Entombment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. Family and friends may visit the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 ?" 6:00pm. Memorial donations in Mrs. Kelly's memory may be made to SS Peter & Paul School 116 Beecher Ave Waterbury CT 06705.
