WATERBURY - Marion Elizabeth Hickey age 55, passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 25th 2016.
Marion was born June 10, 1961 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late John and Ruth (Doherty) Hickey Sr. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School and spent several years working as a Senior Business Consultant at the Hartford Insurance Company. Marion was avid lover of dogs and cherished her furry companions. She was a member of Our Lady Of Loreto Church and enjoyed vacationing with her friends.
Among her survivors are her brothers, John D. Hickey Jr. and his wife, Dana of Cheshire, Joseph Hickey and his wife, Vicki of Cheshire, Christopher Hickey and his wife, Kristen of Wolcott, her sister, Anne Lippincott and her husband, Thomas of Southington as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. She was predeceased by her brother, William Hickey.
Funeral Services for Ms. Hickey will be held on Wednesday, June29th 2016 at 11:00am at SS Peter & Paul Church, 67 Southmayd Rd Waterbury to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial. Those planning to attend are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
