Watertown - Mark Amico age 53, of Westbury Park Rd, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday June 21st 2012 after a brief illness. He was the husband of Lisa (Grasso) Amico.
Mark was born July 11th 1958 in Waterbury, CT the son of Anthony and Diana (Vallee) Amico of Waterbury. He was a graduate ofWatertown High School and worked as a yard supervisor at Bushka Lumber. Mark enjoyed the hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors, he was also a motorcycle enthusiast.
Besides his parents and wife Lisa of 10 years, Mark is survived by his children Scott Murphy, Collin Murphy, Rebecca Korbert , Dana Amico, and Stephanie Murphy, his sisters; Robin Fogelstrom and Alana Jarl as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Amico will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. from the O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street to Saint Mary Magdalen Church to celebrate the Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00. Rites of Committal and Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Waterbury.
