THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF MARK MANZOLLI
"Loved to make people laugh"
WOLCOTT - Mark L Manzolli, 59, was called into eternal life on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at St. Mary's Vitas Unit, surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Gail (Jackson) Manzolli.
Mark was born on November 27, 1959 in Waterbury son of the late Toddo and Peggy (DeLorenzo) Manzolli. Mark was a longtime resident of Wolcott where he raised his family.
Mark "Papa Gus" had a great sense of humor and a contagious smile. He was always ready with a joke or one liner that would have everyone laughing. He was always ready to share his opinion even if no one asked for it. He loved his Corvette, Nascar and spent many weekends in Maine snowmobiling with his son and many close friends. He especially enjoyed the company of his dog Buddy who watched over him and gave him much comfort. Mark treasured the time he spent with his family and friends. He was always quick to give a hug and to say I love you. He will long be remembered for his many entertaining antics and practical jokes. Almost everyone he knew was given a nickname, all of which were hilarious. What was more important than anything to Mark was his family. He will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
Besides his wife of 30 years, Mark leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Nicole Manzolli Hassinger and her husband, Craig of Myrtle Beach SC and his son, Todd Manzolli; his sister, Marci Manzolli and her wife, Annette Tedesco; his father in law, Larry Jackson, his two brothers in law and their wives along with many, nieces and nephews. Mark was predeceased by his sister, Maureen Stanco and his mother in law, Marilyn Jackson.
