AT THE CASEY-O'DONNELL FAMILY FUNERAL HOME Waterbury ?" Mrs. Mary F. Meo, of The Watermark at East Hill Woods, Southbury, formerly of Pierpont Rd. Waterbury, died Wednesday at Waterbury Hospital after a brief illness. She was the widow of Rocke Victor Meo.

Mary was born in Kingston, NY on September 26, 1909, and would have celebrated her 100th birthday later this year. She was the eldest of seven children of the late Olympio and Theresa (DeCapua) Fainelli. Mrs. Meo a retiree of Timex, was known as an accomplished seamstress and artist. She was an avid reader and world traveler who also enjoyed the local pleasures of playing golf at Western Hills and cultivating the extensive vegetable and flower gardens at her home.

Mrs. Meo is survived by two brothers, Frank Fainelli of Ormond Beach FL (formerly of Waterbury) and Louis Fainelli of Middlebury and a sister, Madeline Moriarty of Waterbury and several nieces, and nephews, and great and great-great nieces and nephews. Mary's family was a source of tremendous pride for her and the focal point of her life.

Funeral services for Mrs. Meo will be private and held at the convenience of the family. The Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home has been entrusted to assist the family with arrangements.
