THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE ASSISTING AND CARING FOR THE FAMILY OF MOISES LARRIU
WATERBURY- Moises Larriu Jr. age 20, of Waterbury CT passed away tragically in New York City after sustaining fatal injuries in a motorcycle accident on Sunday, August 25th 2019.
Moises was born February 14th 1999 in Waterbury, CT, the son of the late Moises Larriu Sr and Vivian Rodriguez. He was a graduate of the Waterbury Career Academy Class of 2017 and was furthering his studies at UCONN and Naugatuck Valley Community College where he was studying animal science. Moises was an avid animal lover and enjoyed writing and singing music, rapping and performing. He loved to ride anything with wheels and was always happiest while spending time with his friends and family. He will be sadly missed by his loving family and all who were blessed to know and love him.
Left to remember, cherish and honor Moises' love and legacy are his siblings; Raymond Cosme Jr., Kristina Lopez, and Sabrina Lopez all of Waterbury and his longtime girlfriend, Jaray Wagner.. In addition, he is survived by many aunts and uncles including; Javier Rodriguez, Luis Torres, and Enrique Rodriguez as well as his many nephews and nieces, including Gabriel, Amyrah, Ariana, Raymond III, Jezere, Torrance and his best friend and faithful companion, Shadow.
Funeral services for Mr. Larriu will be held on Friday, August 30st 2019 at 11:00 a.m at Sacred Heart Sagrado Corazon Church 13 Wolcott St Waterbury. Those planning to attend are kindly asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Moises family on Thursday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd. Waterbury, CT 06705.
