Ms. Myra Moreno

WATERBURY – It is with heavy hearts that the family of Myra Moreno announce her peaceful passing, on Sunday, July 28th 2024 at The Vitas Innovative Care Unit of Saint Mary’s Hospital, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

 Myra was born April 11th, 1973, in Bronx, NY, the daughter of Benjamin Felix and Maria Rosario. She spent many years working as a home health care aide throughout the Waterbury area and enjoyed thrift shopping, where she always looked for the best bargains. Myra enjoyed the simple things in life and had a passion for freestyle and Bachata music. She will be sadly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her. May her memory be a blessing to all. Left to honor Myra legacy and cherish her memory are her three sons, many siblings, and countless friends who will miss her dearly.  

Funeral services for Mrs. Moreno will be held on Thursday, August 1st, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care 1987 East Main St Waterbury CT 06705. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury.
