WATERBURY - Nancy Fuentes age 43 of Waterbury passed away at Saint Mary's hospital surrounded by the love and care of her family on Thursday March 3rd 2016 after a brief illness.
Nancy was born September 20th 1972 in Manhattan, NY the daughter of William Fuentes and the late Juanita Rivera. She worked as a teacher at Lincoln Technical College for several years and enjoyed cooking, playing pool and spending time with her family.
Besides her father William, she is survived by her daughters, Jenny Velasquez of Waterbury and Alexandra Taveras of Waterbury, her sister Cynthia Fuentes of Waterbury as well as many to extended family members and friends.
Family and friends may visit with Nancy's family on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 3:00 till 5:00 pm. at Casey's Eastside Memorial 1987 East Main St. @ Southmayd Rd Waterbury.
