THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE CARING FOR AND ASSISTING THE FAMILY OF NANCY M. ROBINSON
MIDDLEBURY - Nancy M. Robinson, age 83 of Middlebury passed away peacefully on Friday, December 11, 2020. She was the widow of George C. Robinson.
Nancy was born September 9th 1937 in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late John and Rosalind (Cosgrove) McKenna. Nancy was a graduate of Wilby High School and spent several years working for Waterbury Savings Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager. Nancy loved her family and was happiest taking care of them. She enjoyed being home and surrounded by those she loved. She had several favorite recipes and her family will continue to make them in her honor.
Nancy was predeceased by her beloved husband George. They were married for 47 years and were best friends with the same sense of humor; there was lots of laughter in their house. They enjoyed vacationing in Maine and reading the newspapers together. She leaves her daughters, Audrey Corbin and her husband Robert of Oakville and Betsy Hopkins and her husband Stephen of Mount Pleasant SC, as well as her loving grandchildren; Katie, Monica, Connor, James and Nora. She will be missed by her sister, Joanne Fenn of Southbury and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Hedberg.
There will be no funeral. A private ceremony for George and Nancy will be held at the convenience of the family.
