THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE CARING FOR AND ASSISTING THE FAMILY OF NICHOLAS GIBSON GOYER
WATERBURY - Nicholas Gibson Goyer, age 35 of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Hartford Hospital. He was the husband of Tanya Grant.
Mr. Goyer was born on September 30, 1983 in Hartford the son of Glenn Goyer and Brenda Arrasate. He was educated in local schools and earned his Associates degree in Construction Management. He was employed as a Construction Engineer for many years. Nick was a devoted son, husband, father, brother and friend. He enjoyed playing pool but most of all he wanted to be a best friend to his devoted wife, father to his adoring children who were the focus of his life and a overall good family man. Nick will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
Besides his loving wife, Tanya of 13 years and his parents, Brenda and Chuck Arrasate of Windsor and Glenn and Carol Goyer of Simsbury, Nicholas is survived by his children, Mia, Ava and Jordan, his mother and father-in-law, Bruce and Roxanne Grant, his sister, Krista Godbout and her husband, Thomas of Ellington, his nephews, Gavin and Beckett Godbout and his brother-in-law, Scott Grant as well as countless friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Goyer will be held on Tuesday July 30, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd Waterbury to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church 785 Highland Ave Waterbury CT to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Waterbury.
