Loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother
OAKVILLE– It is with great sadness and broken hearts that the family of Patricia (Paige) Bradshaw, age 85, of Oakville, announces her passing on Saturday, April 27th, 2024, at Waterbury Hospital. She was the widow of Roy Bradshaw Sr.
Patricia was born on September 29, 1938, in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late William and Barbara (Tarket) Paige. She was a graduate of local schools and spent most of her time as a stay-at-home mom caring for her children. Patricia always looked forward to the nice weather where she could enjoy local camping, her pool where she loved to swim, and tending to her beautiful flower gardens along with luscious vegetables she grew each year. She also had a passion for puzzles, reading and cooking. Patricia was always the happiest spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Our family thanks you, Mom, for every prayer you uttered for us, for the many sacrifices you made for us, for the thousands of hugs you shared with us, and for the unending love you instilled in all of us.
Left to honor her legacy and cherish her memory are her three children Lori (Randy) Baribault, Tracy (Robert) Aubin, and Susan (Bill) Reilly. She also leaves her sister Barbara Ford and her brother William Paige Jr. In addition, she also leaves her many grandchildren and many great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Patricia was predeceased by not only her husband but her two sons Mark Bradshaw and Roy Bradshaw Jr.
A Graveside Service for Mrs. Bradshaw will be held on Wednesday, May 1st, at 11:00 am at Evergreen Cemetery, Watertown, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Roy. There are no calling hours. Casey-O’Neill Funeral Home and Cremation Care has been honored to assist the Bradshaw family during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association in honor of Patricia’s memory at www.heart.org. Loving kindness is always welcome, and it only takes a moment to offer a message of condolence or words of comfort or share a memory of someone important to you with your family and friends. Please visit the funeral home’s tribute page at www.caseyfunerals.com to do so.
