Cared for others for 43 years

SOUTHBURY - Patricia D. Paquette age 62 of Southbury, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the devoted wife and best friend of Maurice Paquette.

Patti was born on July 5, 1958 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Stanley Sr. and Dorothy (Oleary) Ruselowski. She worked for over 43 years at the Watertown VNA, Health at Home as a CNA/Home Health Aide where she was fully dedicated to her patients. Patti enjoyed lunching with her friends but most of all she was a best friend, soulmate and spouse to the love of her life, Maurice, whom she enjoyed spending every waking hour with. She loved to cook, could "shop till she dropped" and enjoyed collectables of various cats, pigs and dolls. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.

Left to honor her memory and cherish her love and legacy, beside Maurice are her sister, Veronica Gilroy of Boulder City NV, her brother Stanley "Stash" Ruselowski Jr of Seymour CT and many cousins, extended family members and close friends. Patti was predeceased by her brother, Timothy Ruselowski.

Funeral services for Mrs. Paquette will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Mt Olivet Cemetery Watertown.. The O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main St Oakville has been honored to assist the Paquette family during these difficult times.
