Patricia A. Redican

Patricia A. Redican, age 73, of Lydia St Waterbury, died Friday January 2, 2009 after a brief illness. She was the wife of William Walsh.

Patricia was born June 23, 1935 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Butterworth) Redican. She was a lifelong resident of Waterbury and a graduate of Leavenworth High School. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker and enjoyed traveling and spending quality time with her grandchildren. She was an avid butterfly enthusiast and spent countless hours collecting and studying butterflies.

Besides her devoted husband , Patricia is survived by two daughters, Jacqueline Costante of Waterbury and Andrea Walsh of Littleton CO as well as six grandchildren, James, Amanda, Christopher, Hunter, Bradon and Emerald.

Funeral services for Mrs. Redican will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home 1581 East Main St. Waterbury. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:00am until the service commences at 11:00am.
