WATERTOWN - Paul Eric O'Connell age 46 of Watertown, passed away unexpectedly at home on April 26, 2017. He was the loving husband of Belinda (Moss) O'Connell and the devoted son of Carol (Cerniglia) O'Connell.
Paul was born march 26, 1971 in New Haven CT the son of Carol O'Connell and the late John J. O'Connell. He was a lifelong resident of Watertown he worked for many years as a masonry contractor. Paul was an accomplished chef and loved to share his food with his many friends. He was a remarkable, god-fearing loyal and giving person. He never took anything to heart, always had a good word for all those he came in contact with. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.
Besides his wife and mother, Paul leaves his brothers, John O'Connell and his wife Valerie of Myrtle Beach SC, Robert Kelly and his wife Jeanette of New Jersey, his sister, Kathryn Conway of Waterbury and his special friends Rick and Sue Stack of Watertown as well as many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. O'Connell will be held on Monday at 6:30pm at the O'Neill Funeral Home 742 Main St. Oakville CT. Relatives and friends may visit with Paul's family from 5:00 till the service at 6:30pm. Burial will be held at the convenience if the family.
