WATERBURY – Quanesha “Princess Nesha” Majette, age 31, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly in Waterbury on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
Quanesha was born July 20, 1991, in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of Gail Stevens and the late William Majette, of Waterbury. She was a graduate of Crosby High School and attended Naugatuck Valley Community College where she had been studying to be a physical therapist and pharmacy technician. Quanesha had a passion for music and enjoyed cheerleading. She would definitely cheer you on and would be right there for you. She would often say, " I Got Your Back" Quanesha was always known as the life of the party. She had a reputation for being the family jokester and was loved for her philosophical demeanor. Nesha loved to eat, and at family dinners, if the food was good, she would say, " This food taste so good, it makes you want to slap your momma." Quanesha had the heart of a giver, she would go shopping on purpose for those in need. Quanesha had a contagious smile, that would just light up the room wherever she was.
Left to honor her memory and cherish her legacy along with her parents are her 2 children; Jade Dawson and Ashton Majette, both of Waterbury, 7 sisters; Laura Majette and Paula Majette of GA; Tammy Bouton (George), Alvetia Majette, Keshia Rogers (Delton), Rashael Sands and Jasmine Majette of Waterbury, CT; 2 brothers; William Majette,Jr. and Curtiss Majette, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Funeral Services for Ms. Majette will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at 11:00am at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care 1987 East Main St Waterbury, Ct 06705. Relatives and friends may visit with Quanesha’s family on Wednesday morning from 10:00am until the service at 11:00. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury.
