Raymond Gerard Guillet, age 86 of Newburgh, NY, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, after an extended illness. He was the beloved husband of the late Joan A. Guillet, and loving father to his children, Mark Guillet, Karen Miklas, and Brian Guillet.

He was an active member in both the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts (Pack 68, Troop 60 and 56), as well as an active parent in the Town of Wappinger youth baseball leagues and St Mary’s CYO basketball, supporting his boys. Ray will be remembered for his fun-loving nature, dry sense of humor, passion for his family, positive generosity, competitive nature, quick wit and love for his wife and family. He was most proud of his seven grandchildren, great grandchild and step-grandchild, watching them grow throughout the years, enjoying and encouraging their many accomplishments and successes.
