WATERBURY - Robert Francis Boisvert, age 80 of Waterbury, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at Glendale Health and Rehabilitation in Naugatuck. He was the devoted husband of Arlene Bellemare Boisvert of 21 years.
Robert was born in Waterbury CT on October 24, 1936, the son of the late Raymond and Lillian (Hamel) Boisvert. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Robert worked as an accountant at Western Connecticut Area on Aging in Waterbury for many years until his retirement.
Besides his wife Arlene, he leaves a daughter, Lisa Francis of Waterbury, a son, Steven Boisvert of Roanoke, VA., a step-son, Jeffrey Bellemare of Las Vegas, NV., two sisters, Claire Adam of Wolcott and Anne Mazzamauro and her husband, Joe of Waterbury, a granddaughter, Adalena Francis of Waterbury and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Boisvert will be held on Friday, Decenber 2, 2016 at 10:00a.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home 1987 East Main St @ Southmayd Rd. Burial with full military honors will follow in Old Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury. Relative and friends may visit with Mr. Boisvert's family on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
