Watertown- Robert Charles Schuren Jr., 33 of Watertown and Iowa ,died unexpectedly Wednesday at his home.
Robert was born October 17, 1974 in Waterbury, a son of Sue E. (Wood) (Schuren) Raymond and the late Robert Charles Schuren Sr. and lived in Watertown most of his life. He attended Watertown High School, and was currently employed as a foreman/installer at Reich Installation Services Inc. Robert was an avid outdoorsman, loved nature, life and writing poetry.
Besides his mother of Watertown he leaves his step father Douglas E. Raymond of Watertown, a son Kyle Robert Lloyd of Fort Fairfield, ME, a sister Carie Rupf of Watertown, his maternal grandparents Grayson and Carolyn Wood of Sherwood, WI, two step sister, Karen Bradshaw and Michelle Knopka both of Southington, an aunt, Amy Rogoff of Appleton, WI, an uncle,Grayson Wood of R.I., his paternal grandmother Natalie Decker of WI, a nephew Robert Michael Rupf Jr., and a niece Amanda Nicole Rupf. He will be sadly missed by his life long friend and mother of his son Michelle Lloyd of Fort Fairfield, ME, and his companion Jean of Iowa with whom he resided.
Funeral Monday at 10 a.m. at the Mill Plain Union Church, 242 Southmayd Rd. Waterbury. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at church. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at the O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street, Oakville, CT 06779 on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.
