THE CASEY FAMILY IS HONORED TO BE CARING FOR AND ASSISTING THE FAMILY OF ROSE KUBIK
OAKVILLE- Mrs. Rose (Corona) Kubik, age 93 of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 25, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. She was the widow of Joseph P. Kubik.
Rose was born in Waterbury on January 20, 1925, a daughter of the late Michael and Madeline (Aldino) Corona. She was a kind and gentle lady who will be truly missed by all of her family and friends.
Rose is survived by her children; Joseph Kubik and his wife, Debbie and Helen Ieronimo, her grandchildren, James, Thomas and John Ieronimo and Joseph Kubik. She is also leaves behind her sister Agnes Corona and many adoring nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Rose was predeceased by her son in law, Thomas Ieronimo and her brothers and sisters Mariano "Morris" Corona, Sebastian "Buster" Corona, Joseph Corona, Vita Saginario, and Josephine Conley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m at Saint Mary Magdalen Church, Buckingham Street, Oakville, CT 06779. Family and friends are kindly asked to please meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury, CT 06705. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 30 2018 from 5:00 till 7:00 pm at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home, 1987 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06705.
