Rose Marie Cianciolo
WATERBURY- Miss Rose Marie Cianciolo, age 81 of Nelson Ave Waterbury, died unexpectedly on Tuesday at St. Mary's Hospital.
Ms Cianciolo was born June 26, 1926 in Waterbury the daughter of the late Philip and Mary Cianciolo. She graduated from SS Peter and Paul Grammar School and Waterbury Catholic High School. She was an assembler for Hayden Switch and a cashier at both Veneziano's Grocery as well as Wolffs Bakery in Waterbury. She enjoyed cooking, baking and crocheting. She as a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
Ms. Cianciolo leaves a brother, John Sr. of Oakville and two nephews, John Cianciolo Jr and Kevin Cianciolo both of Oakville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 309 South Main St Waterbury. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Watertown. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at church. There are no calling hours. The Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home, 1581 East Main Street has been entrusted to assist the family with funeral arrangements. Memorial donations in Ms. Cianciolo's memory may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church 309 South Main St. Waterbury CT 06706.
