WATERBURY - Mrs. Rosemary (Budd) St. Germain age 87 of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 14, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. She was the widow of Real "Chuck" St. Germain.
Rosemary was born October 1, 1928 in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late Walter L. and Isabel (Vance) Budd. She was a lifelong resident of Waterbury and was a graduate of Wilby High School. She spent many years working as a secretary for the Dodd Insurance Agency and was a parishioner of Saints Peter & Paul Church. She enjoyed bowling, gardening and summer trips to Avalon NJ and monthly lunches with "the girls". Rosemary was dedicated to her family whom she enjoyed spending time with.
Among her survivors are her daughters, Michele Burke and Denise Rasimas and her husband, Ray, all of Cheshire as well as her grandsons, Michael and Jonathan Rasimas. She is predeceased by her infant son, David St. Germain, her son in-law Douglas Burke, and her siblings, Alice, Walter, Donald, Richard and James.
Funeral services for Mrs. St. Germain will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. from Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home, 1987 East Main St Waterbury to Saints Peter and Paul Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in New St Joseph's Cemetery, Waterbury. Relatives and friends may visit with Rosemary's family on Thursday evening from 5:00~7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
