FARMINGTON - Shirley A. Osborne Donnelly age 69 passed away peacefully on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Amberwoods of Farmington after a courageous battle with Frontotemporal Dementia. She was the widow of William A. Osborne and Christopher Donnelly.
Shirley was born in Norton MA on September 8, 1948, the daughter of the late William and Doris (Cody) Miller. She was a graduate of Norton High School and spent many years as a Salesperson for Macys Corp. until her retirement. Shirley enjoyed reading, gardening, day trips with the Prospect Senior Center but most especially she loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
Shirley is survived by her children; Amy Moody (David) of Prospect, William Osborne Jr (Kristy) of Watertown and Peter Osborne (Michelle) also of Watertown. She also leaves her adoring grandchildren; Katie, David, Emalyn and Lexi. She was predeceased by her brother, William Miller Jr, Sisters, Billie Jean Blais and Denise Bernoskevich and grandchildren, Timothy Osborne and Krislyn Moody. The family wishes to acknowledge and offer their special appreciation to the caring staff at Prospect Senior Center, Alzheimers Resource Center Day Program, Southmayd Home, Amberwoods of Farmington and the Masonicare Partners Home Health and Hospice program.
Funeral services for Mrs. Donnelly will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt Olivet Cemetery, Watertown.
