Stacey was born March 18th 1977 in Waterbury, the daughter of Stella (Giustiniani) Dionne and the late William Dionne Jr. She attended local schools and worked in the childcare industry. She had a passion for animals of all kinds and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
Besides her mother Stella of Waterbury. Stacey is survived by her daughter Alyssa Lopez, her sisters Lisa Boyle and Michelle Singh, her grandfather William Dionne Sr and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
