WATERBURY-
Teresa (DiFiore) Ruderman, 57, of Waterbury, widow of Mitchell Ruderman, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. She was a graduate of Wilby High School class of 1981.
Born in Brooklyn, NY on July 27, 1963, she is the daughter of Margaret (Thieffry) DiFiore and the late Salvatore DiFiore.
In addition to her mother, left to remember, cherish, and honor Teresa's love and legacy are her daughter Marissa and her husband Chris Frois, their son Cristiano, and a future granddaughter due in August . She also leaves a sister Lisa and her husband Paul Phillips, brothers Salvatore and his wife Krista DiFiore, Joseph DiFiore, niece Paris Phillips and nephew Dominic DiFiore.
Teresa had a magnetic personality, whether you were a lifelong friend or just met for the first time, her presence was unforgettable. She touched many lives with her generosity, caring heart, and would be the first to help anyone in need. Besides spending time with her family, which she loved the most, she was an avid animal lover. She also was an excellent cook who enjoyed making special meals that would bring family and friends together. She always looked for ways to create everlasting memories for those around her, which we will forever cherish, love, and remember.
Funeral services for Teresa will be held privately by her family. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, we ask you honor Teresa's giving spirit, by paying it forward, with a donation to the ASPCA.
