OAKVILLE - Theresa (Meoni) Atwood age 74 of Oakville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Waterbury Hospital. She was the wife of Arthur Atwood.
Theresa will be remembered as someone who always had a smile on her face. She was a dedicated wife, mother and sister. She loved and adored her family.
Besides her husband Arthur, she is survived by her daughter Dawn Meoni, and her two sisters, Lena Morrissey and Edith Oliver. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews. Theresa will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
A memorial gathering for Mrs. Atwood will be held from 4:00pm until 6:00pm on Wednesday February 14th 2018 at O'Neill Funeral Home 742 Main St. Oakville CT.
