Waterbury CT - Thomas Joseph McGuire III "Magoo" age 54, died peacefully April 22, 2011 at the Masonic Care Health Center in Wallingford.
Thomas was born December 27th 1956 in Waterbury, the son of the Rita (Mertz) McGuire of Waterbury and the late Thomas J. McGuire Jr. Thomas was a lifelong resident of Waterbury and was educated in local schools. He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and was an avid New York Yankees and UCONN sports fan.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his long time companion, Cynthia Joyce with whom he lived with in Waterbury as well as his brother, Richard Francis McGuire and his wife Jeannemarie of Port St Lucie Florida as well as three nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Carol Ann McGuire.
A memorial services for Mr. McGuire will be held on Tuesday April 26th at 11:00a.m.at the Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home 1581 East Main St Waterbury. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:00am until the time of the service. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
