AT CASEY - O'DONNELL FAMILY FUNERAL HOME - WATERBURY - Norwich - Timothy Patrick McLaughlin, age 53, of Montville CT, formerly of Waterbury, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 9th at Backus Hospital in Norwich.
Timothy was born January 17, 1957 in Waterbury CT, the son of the late William B and Margaret (Leary) McLaughlin. He was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Crosby High School. He was the owner, operator and founder of Alxa Screw Machine Products Inc. of Waterbury from 1974 - 1986. He had been living in Montville for the past several years. .
Timothy leaves his brothers, James F McLaughlin of Mexico and Kevin M. McLaughlin of Bethlehem, his sisters, Patricia Devino of Middlebury and Sheila Post of Atlanta GA as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, William J. McLaughlin and his sister, Catherine McKenna.
Funeral services for Mr. McLaughlin will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 10:30am at SS Peter & Paul Church, 67 Southmayd Rd. Waterbury. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations in Timothy's memory may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Shelter, 115 Benedict St Waterbury CT 06706.
