Mr. Trevor Lloyd Buckle

WATERBURY– Trevor L. Buckle, age 81, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 26, 2023, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by the love of his family after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Pauline (Miller) Buckle

Trevor was born September 11, 1942, in Trelawny, Jamaica, the son of the late Pearl Walker and Llewlyn Buckle. He moved to Connecticut in 1970, settling in the Waterbury area where he began work as a machinist. Trevor worked for various manufacturing companies, including Plume Atwood Manufacturing and General Electric, and retired from Kerite Manufacturing. Trevor loved music, was a guitar player, and was an avid boxing and wrestling fan. He was an active parishioner of Victory Christian Center in Danbury, where he served as a deacon and was part of the Porter's ministries. He will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.

Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory, besides his wife of 22 years, Pauline, he leaves his children; Dalton Buckle of Waterbury, Claudia Mullings of Waterbury, Donnett McCoy of FL and Shardajah Roberts of Waterbury. He also leaves his 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mr. Buckle will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Victory Christian Center, 23 Eden Dr., Danbury, CT 06810. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00. Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of his family.
