WATERBURY Wieslawa Wardzala, age 54 of Meriden Rd Waterbury passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday December 24, 2013 at the Summit of Plantsville. Wieslawa was born in Poland the daughter of the late Henry Jurkowski.
A memorial gathering will be held at the funeral home on Monday afternoon, December 30, 2013 from 2:00 till 4:00 pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
