WATERBURY – Wilfredo Betancourt, age 69 of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 02, 2023, at Waterbury Hospital, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family. He was the loving husband of Eneida (Reyes) Betancourt for 40 unforgettable years.
