William Andriulaitis Sr.

November 19, 1945 — July 30, 2009

AT THE O'NEILL FUENRAL HOME - William Andriulaitis Sr. age 63, of Skowhegan Maine, died Thursday morning at the home of his daughter in Waterbury, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Mary Mildred (Kilmer) Andriulaitis.

Bill was born on December 19, 1945 in Germany, the son of the late August and Wanda (Hasnite) Andriulaitis. He was employed as a sheet metal mechanic at Olin Corp, Somers Thin Strip in Waterbury for over 35 years. He was an active member of the Mattatuck Fife & Drum Corp for many years and enjoyed different crafts especially woodworking. He loved spending time with his family and his later years in retirement in Maine.

Besides his loving wife of 43 years, Bill leaves two sons , William "Bill" and his wife Tracey of Terryville and Scott of Waterbury, his daughter Lisa Syman and her husband Bob of Waterbury who cared for Bill during his illness. Bill also leaves two sisters, Wanda Tudisco of Derby CT and Erika Andrulat of Ansonia CT as well as his grandchildren, Craig, Dylan, Chris, Tyler and Kalie and his great granddaughter Alexxis.

Funeral services for Mr. Andriulaitis will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 12 noon at the O'Neill Funeral Home, 742 Main Street, Oakville. Inurnment will follow in the Woodward Mattoon Chapel in Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 10- 12 noon..
